Remarks

The code searches for field names in columns whose name starts with FieldPrefix followed by a digit. The digit starts at 1 and increments up to the MaxFields value, inclusive. So if MaxFields is 3, FieldPrefix is 'Field' and ValuePrefix is 'Value' then the columns Field1, Field2 and Field3 are searched for field names and the associated values are expected to be found in one of Value1, Value2 or Value3.
